PAL ELECTRICAL CARE

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of the PAL Electrical Care Membership offered by PAL Electrical Systems ("PAL", "we", "us" or "our").

By purchasing or using the membership, the member ("Member", "you" or "your") agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Membership at a Glance

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1 PAL Electrical Care Membership is available to individual retail customers purchasing electrical products and related products from PAL.

1.2 The membership is intended primarily for personal and residential use.

1.3 PAL reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel a membership where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, misuse, resale activity or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

1.4 Membership benefits are available only to the registered Member and are not automatically transferable to another person.

2. Membership Fee & Validity

2.1 The membership fee is ₹1,999, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

2.2 Membership is valid for 12 months / 1 year from the date of activation.

2.3 Membership benefits expire automatically at the end of the membership period unless the membership is renewed.

2.4 Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated or membership benefits have been used, except where required under applicable law.

2.5 PAL may offer renewal, upgrade or promotional membership plans from time to time. Such offers may be governed by separate terms.

3. Member Purchase Benefit

3.1 During the active membership period, the Member is eligible to receive the applicable 30% member benefit plus an additional 5% member benefit on eligible future purchases.

3.2 The member benefit applies only to eligible products and purchases as determined by PAL.

3.3 Unless specifically stated otherwise, the membership benefit is available on eligible future purchases made during the active membership period.

3.4 The benefit is applicable only after the membership has been successfully activated.

3.5 Membership benefits cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases completed before membership activation.

3.6 The applicable 30% and additional 5% benefits will be calculated according to PAL's applicable discount structure at the time of purchase.

3.7 Where the additional 5% benefit is calculated after application of the 30% benefit, the combined effective discount will not be equal to a flat 35%.

3.8 PAL reserves the right to specify products, brands, categories or transactions that are excluded from the member benefit.

3.9 Unless expressly permitted by PAL, membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, coupons, clearance offers, special project pricing, negotiated pricing or other schemes.

4. Future Purchases

4.1 "Future purchases" means eligible purchases made after membership activation and during the membership validity period.

4.2 Purchases made before membership activation will not qualify for membership benefits.

4.3 Each purchase must comply with the applicable PAL sales, payment, delivery and return policies.

4.4 PAL may require the Member to provide the registered mobile number, membership number, registered email address, OTP or other reasonable identification before applying membership benefits.

4.5 PAL may restrict or reject transactions where the membership is being used for commercial resale, bulk trading, fraudulent activity or other activity contrary to the intended retail nature of the programme.

5. Additional Warranty

5.1 Eligible products purchased during the active membership period may receive up to 1 additional year of warranty, subject to applicable product and brand warranty conditions.

5.2 Additional warranty is available only for products specifically eligible under the PAL Electrical Care programme.

5.3 The additional warranty does not override or replace the original manufacturer's warranty.

5.4 Warranty claims remain subject to the manufacturer's warranty exclusions, installation requirements, usage conditions and other applicable warranty terms.

5.5 PAL may require the original invoice, membership details, product serial number and other relevant documents for processing a warranty claim.

6. Free Standard Installation

6.1 Members are eligible for free standard installation on eligible products.

6.2 "Standard installation" means installation performed under PAL's standard installation scope for the relevant product.

6.3 Free installation does not automatically include additional materials, consumables, wiring, cables, pipes, brackets, stands, civil work, masonry work, special tools, transportation or other non-standard requirements.

6.4 Any additional work or materials outside the standard installation scope may be charged separately.

6.5 Installation is subject to service-area coverage and technician availability.

7. Five Free Electrician Visits

7.1 Each active membership includes up to 5 free electrician visits during the membership period.

7.2 A visit means one scheduled service visit by a PAL electrician or authorised service professional.

7.3 The visits are intended for eligible residential electrical requirements.

7.4 Major electrical work, rewiring, concealed wiring, civil work, material supply, substantial fault rectification, replacement of components or other non-standard work may be chargeable.

7.5 Materials and replacement parts required during a service visit are not included unless specifically stated.

7.6 Unused electrician visits expire at the end of the membership period and cannot be carried forward, transferred or exchanged for cash.

8. Rewards, Contests & Prizes

8.1 PAL may conduct promotional campaigns, contests, lucky draws or reward programmes for eligible members.

8.2 Participation in any reward or prize programme is subject to the specific terms and conditions of that promotion.

8.3 Membership does not guarantee any prize, reward or particular promotional benefit.

8.4 Where a promotional campaign includes a vehicle, electronic product, gift voucher or other prize, eligibility, selection mechanism, documentation, applicable taxes and prize delivery will be governed by the specific promotional terms.

9. Membership Identity & Account

9.1 Membership may be linked to the Member's registered name, mobile number, email address or other identification details.

9.2 Members must provide accurate information at the time of registration.

9.3 PAL may use reasonable verification procedures before providing membership benefits.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

10.1 Product returns and refunds are governed by PAL's applicable product return and refund policy.

10.2 Returning a product does not automatically cancel the membership.

10.3 If a purchase on which a membership benefit was applied is subsequently cancelled or refunded, PAL may recalculate the applicable benefit before processing the refund.

11. Misuse of Membership

Membership may be suspended or cancelled if PAL reasonably determines that the membership is being used for:

• Fraudulent transactions
• Commercial resale or unauthorised trading
• Multiple-person sharing
• Manipulation of promotional offers
• False or misleading information
• Unauthorised transfer
• Abuse of service benefits
• Attempts to circumvent PAL membership rules

In case of cancellation due to misuse or fraud, unused membership benefits may be forfeited.

12. Product Availability

12.1 Membership does not guarantee availability of any particular product, brand, model, colour, specification or quantity.

12.2 Products remain subject to stock availability.

13. Changes to Membership

13.1 PAL reserves the right to modify the membership programme, benefits, eligible products, service scope or promotional structure from time to time.

13.2 Any material changes applicable to existing members will be communicated through appropriate channels where required.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 PAL will make reasonable efforts to provide the membership benefits described in these Terms & Conditions.

14.2 PAL will not be responsible for delays or inability to provide a benefit caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including manufacturer delays, product unavailability, technician availability, natural events, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, network failures or other force majeure events.

15. Personal Information

PAL may collect and use Member information necessary to administer the membership, process purchases, provide installation and service benefits, manage warranties and communicate relevant membership information, in accordance with applicable law and PAL's privacy policy.

16. Communication

Members may receive communications relating to membership activation, purchases, service appointments, warranty, rewards and other programme-related matters. Promotional communications will be subject to applicable consent and communication preferences.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute relating to the membership shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts/authorities having jurisdiction over PAL's applicable place of business, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the PAL Electrical Care Membership, the Member confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Membership benefits are subject to eligibility, applicable product conditions, service-area availability and these Terms & Conditions.

The 30% + additional 5% member benefit is applied according to the applicable PAL membership discount structure.

Free installation means standard installation on eligible products. Additional materials, civil work, structural work, transportation or non-standard installation requirements may be chargeable.

Additional warranty is applicable only to eligible products and remains subject to applicable manufacturer and PAL warranty terms.

Promotional rewards, contests and prizes are subject to separate promotional terms and conditions. Membership does not guarantee any particular prize.
